Rules & Regulations
Beach Etiquette
To ensure a pleasant, relaxing, and safe stay for all our guests, please read and respect the following rules of the facility.
01.
The lido is open to the public for bathing, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
02.
To prevent overcrowding and disturbance to neighbors, each umbrella may accommodate a maximum of 4 people, comprising adults and children of all ages, with a limit of three adults per umbrella. (Adult = over 16 years)
03.
To ensure the cleanliness and overall comfort of everyone, we kindly ask you to limit bringing food from outside, such as ready sandwiches or pre‑made snacks, avoiding on‑site portioning. We also request that you do not bring rigid, bulky refrigerated bags, preferring thermally insulated bags of contained dimensions. In case of fruit, we ask it be already prepared and portioned into single servings; for alcoholic beverages, we invite you to bring them in contained form.
04.
Free parking for customers follows the same opening and closing hours as the facility. Outside these hours, access for entry and exit will be unavailable.
05.
Parking at the establishment is permitted free of charge only for clients of the facility.
06.
The management assumes no responsibility for any damage of any kind to parked vehicles, including theft attributable to the liability of third parties or to fortuitous events.
07.
In the event of advance payment upon online booking reservation, it is possible to cancel the reservation and receive any refunds, according to the rules subscribed during the booking phase.
08.
It is forbidden to bring or keep inside the facility any type of animal, even if equipped with a muzzle or leash; guide dogs for the blind and rescue dogs according to the current beach ordinance are excluded from this prohibition.
09.
It is forbidden to use soap or shampoo in the shower area.
10.
Children must be accompanied to the restrooms, the playground, and the beach by an adult. Adults are responsible for the behavior of the minors entrusted to them.
11.
The Management reserves the right to expel those who cause disturbance or damage within the facility. On all beaches, following the directives of the port authorities, it is forbidden (unless specifically permitted) to play football, beach tennis, or other games that clearly disturb bathers, particularly on the shoreline.
12.
The lawns of the Ariana Beach Garden establishment follow the same rules as the beach area.
13.
The management is not responsible for any theft, damage of any kind, and loss of objects attributable to the responsibility of third parties or unforeseeable circumstances.
14.
It is forbidden to bring umbrellas, sunbeds, chairs, deckchairs, and similar equipment into the establishment, as well as radios, televisions, balls, beach rackets, or other games that may cause disturbance or damage to other customers of the facility.
15.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts or paper on the beach or lawns.
16.
It is not allowed to move the equipment from the area around the umbrella. It is not allowed to take equipment from neighboring umbrellas or use them in the absence of the legitimate tenants. People found using the equipment of other customers will be required to pay the full day's price.
17.
Under the municipal bathing ordinance, smoking on the beach shoreline is prohibited.
